1. General provisions

The Sales Commander service is provided by Sales Commander LLC (address: 1780 Overbrook Ave, Unit A, Clearwater, FL 33755, USA) — the "operator", "we".

Sales Commander is an AI sales trainer: you practice closing skills in conversations with AI characters (a buyer and a coach) and get a breakdown of your moves.

Verdicts and debriefs are training feedback, not professional, legal, or financial advice. AI characters can make mistakes.

2. The free challenge

The public challenge is available without registration, with a limited number of attempts — the current number is shown on the challenge page and may change. Technical anti-abuse limits apply, including a daily per-network cap. We may change or close the free access terms.

3. Account

Your account is personal: do not share access and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Personal data and confidentiality

The personal-data operator is Sales Commander LLC. We process the minimum needed to run the service: your email address and password (stored encrypted), your lines in the training sessions, and your payment history.

We never receive or store card details: they are taken by the acquiring bank on its own secure page. We only see the payment outcome, the amount, and the latest status.

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties beyond the providers the service cannot run without (hosting, database, AI model and speech providers, the acquiring bank, the email service). You may request access to your data, its correction, or account deletion by writing to us.

5. Payment

Paid access runs on tokens: current packages and prices (in US dollars, USD) are listed on the Pricing page. Purchased tokens do not expire.

How an order is placed: on the Pricing page you pick a token pack, tick your acceptance of these terms, and continue to payment. The contents and the price of the order are shown before you pay; the order is accepted at the moment the bank confirms the payment.

Online card payments (Visa, Mastercard) are processed by the acquiring bank on its secure payment page — we do not collect or store your card details.

6. Delivery and refunds

The product is digital, with no physical medium: there is no shipping, delivery cost, or dispatch time. Once the payment is confirmed, tokens are credited to your account automatically within seconds; you also get a confirmation by email.

If the payment went through but the tokens did not appear, write to office@salescommander.ai — we will check and resolve it with priority.

Refunds: you may get back the value of unused tokens. The window, the procedure and what happens to your tokens on a refund are set out on a separate Refund Policy page — linked at the bottom of this page.

7. What you may not do

• circumvent limits, protections, or attempt counters;
• access the service in an automated way or harvest data (scraping, bots);
• attempt to extract system prompts or the AI characters' internal instructions;
• use the service for unlawful purposes;
• enter third parties' personal data without a lawful basis.

8. Intellectual property

The method, scenarios, texts, design, and software of the service belong to the operator and its partners. Your lines remain yours; you allow us to process them to run and improve the service.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results in your sales. The operator's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 3 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. We aim to resolve disputes by negotiation — write to us first.
